I do have to tell you. I'm currently living in Japan. But I will still try to get it to within a reasonable time. I have been collecting these over the past few years as a hobby and its time to let it go. This is pretty much my entire collection.
I ain't no expert, I just collected them for fun and to learn how to appreciate history. So here's what I have to offer in detail. Everything here IS in the pictures. I will NOT break up the set.You get everything I mention. T-72 1864 50c bill - 1st Series Very Fine 25. United States of America/Union Bill. Japan World War Two Occupancy Bills & Philippines POW Currency (Prisoner Of War) Bills - (4th picture).
These bills were going to be used in place of the local currency if Japan conquered the country in question. They had plans to use these bills for around Asia and even America.
Obviously, it never happened but they were printed and were ready to use if and when needed. The Pesos I don't know where they come from and the Rupees I have no idea. I'm ASSUMING Rupees are from India. But they are different denominations, which I find interesting. The POW bills are from the Philippines.
I was told they were used as the currency inside the prisons during WWII. Coins - (Sorry, it's not chronological order in the pictures). 1773 1/2C Colonial America Virginia Coin - Cleaned UNC (to me it looks like 62-64 UNC). 1831 1C Large Letters Graffiti - F Detail.

Can a coin get anymore Patriotic? As you can see, these coins are not all perfectly untouched and in mint state condition but they certainly are one of a kind.
They each have their own quirks that make them their own kind of treasure because it shows you the history of that particular coin or bill. You won't find such a unique collection of coins and bills throughout US and world history anywhere else! If you want anymore pictures, please send me a message. For example, if you want to see the backs of the Confederate bills, there are stamp marks on a few of them (which I forgot to take a picture of), meaning someone during that era has used those very bills before and marked it. It's almost surreal to have something in your hands that people from a different time period has once used what's in your hands now but can no longer be used today. That's precisely why I got into coin collecting. It's just so fascinating. But there's a time to collect and a time to sell. Now is the the time to sell. Please, feel free to send me an offer. Again, I do have to tell you.
So, there is nothing to worry about. And God bless you guys!
